Most who purchase IJMAL shoes end up keeping them. However, sometimes our shoes just don’t meet your unique needs. Don’t worry, because you can return your order for size exchanges or refund under the following guidelines:

        1. NEW, UNWORN CONDITION & 14 Days – All item/s in original, new, unworn condition* can be returned within 14 days of Original order Date.
        2. Tracking Number – All returns must have a tracking number/airway bill/consignment notes for tracking purposes. Please email your name (as per invoice) & tracking number to (website/shopee order).
        3. ORIGINAL Packaging – Products must be in the original packaging and shipped back in a suitable shipping box.

We know you want an ample opportunity to make sure that IJMAL is right for you! When you receive your shoes, try them on a clean, carpeted surface to confirm the correct size and style. Please keep in mind that shoes must be in the original conditions to be eligible for a refund or exchange.


Domestic Shipping (within Malaysia)

*All orders will have a shipping fee of RM10 per pair.

For Klang Valley, delivery takes 1-3 working days. Kindly note that we are unable to deliver on weekends and public holidays.

For shipping to other Malaysian states, delivery can vary from 3-7 working days. Deliveries are operated by Poslaju Malaysia.

Tracking Number

Once your order has been processed and is ready for delivery, we will send you shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders placed before 11:00am will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. Processing times do not include weekends and public holidays. Kindly note that we experience high volume of orders during our sale periods and this often results in delays in delivery – we apologise in advance for the inconvenience.

We strive to give you our signature comfort in the best quality products. Sometimes, a rogue pair slips through our strict Quality Control and onto your feet. Should your shoes fail due to defect of workmanship, you can be confident your purchase is backed by the following warranty:


IJMAL will warrant your purchase for 365 days from the date of purchase for replacement (as determined by IJMAL).


If we no longer have the same shoe, you can choose a similar, in-stock product for replacement.


Refunds are not available as part of our warranty program.


This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from use, discoloration, tears, or normal material breakdown expected over the life of the product, etc. Unfortunately, accidents that cause damage are not covered.


Due to various environmental factors that are beyond our control, colour fading is not covered under warranty. When you’re lucky enough to live life in the sunshine, fading can happen.

*We may request that you ship the defective product back to us as part of the warranty process. IJMAL reserves the exclusive right to determine if a product qualifies for warranty. Return shipping for warranties are the responsibility of the customer.
